Ethan Beckwith Cohen took his first Fagan class at the age of three. Born and raised in Rochester, he has studied at Garth Fagan Dance, Rochester’s School of the Arts, Bush Mango Youth Project, Borinquen Dance Theatre, FuturPointe Dance, and other organizations. Ethan holds a BFA in Dance from The University of the Arts, where under the direction of Donna Faye Burchfeild he had the opportunity to work with artists such as Sidra Bell, Doug Varone, Kim Bares-Bailey, Mark Caserta, and many others. Ethan has always held a passion for choreography. He has created multiple dance works and curated many community-based projects. Ethan extends deep gratitude to his teachers, mentors, peers, friends, and family that have supported and guided him to this beautifully full circle moment.
