Destiny Felder is an Atlanta native who trained at the studio Price Performing Arts Center. There she trained in ballet, modern, tap, jazz, and contemporary. Her technical abilities are heavily influenced by her instructors Roscoe Sales, Andrea Pride, and Aldownna Morrison. Within her training Destiny got to work closely with Adam Parson and Jason Holly. She was awarded an opportunity to study abroad in Ancona Italy. After Italy, Destiny started her journey towards getting her BFA at the University of the Arts. There she studied closely with Tommy-Waheed Evans, Gary Jeter, and Kim Bears-Bailey among others. While Destiny was in school, she was a part of Philadanco’s second company “D-2” under the wings of Donald Lunsford. Destiny now holds a BFA from the University of the Arts. Destiny is currently dancing with the Garth Fagan Dance Company.
