Scott R.C. Levy

Scott RC Levy is an award-winning and acclaimed producer, director, actor and educator.  After serving as the Producing Artistic Director of the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center Theatre Company for 10 seasons, he became the Executive Director of Green Box Arts in 2021.

Under Levy’s leadership at the FAC, the theater company became the largest and most acclaimed professional theater in Southern Colorado, winning numerous Pikes Peak Arts Council and Henry Awards, including the 2018-19 award for outstanding season by a theatre company and a record-setting 10 awards for the 2019-20 season. In Colorado, Levy has also performed with the Colorado Springs Philharmonic & the Colorado Springs Youth Symphony, directed for Theatreworks, and currently serves on the board of directors for both the Cultural Office of the Pikes Peak Region and the Colorado Theatre Guild.  An in-demand arts educator and thought leader, Levy frequently serves as a grants adjudicator (including for the National Endowment for the Arts), teaches regularly for institutions across the country, and appears as a moderator or panelist for many organizations.  Levy holds a BFA in Acting and a Master’s in Educational Theatre, both from New York University.
