Martha Carter (Lighting Designer) is a Los Angeles-based lighting designer, making her Dallas Theater Center debut with Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. She is Head of Design and Associate Professor at California State University, Long Beach, and brings her creative vision to stages nationally and internationally. Her work spans opera, dance, theater, and live events, with a focus on impactful and collaborative storytelling.
