MARK QUACH is elated to be back at Dallas Theater Center with Public Works. A DFW artist who has worked on stages all over the area including Theater 3, Casa Mañana, Uptown Players, Lyric Stage Oklahoma, Watertower Theater, Kitchen Dog, and Circle Theater. He was also on the National Tour: Rudolph The Red-Nose Reindeer and sailed with Disney Cruise Lines as a Mainstage Performer.
