Founded in 2013, the Hampton Roads Philharmonic showcases the community's rich musical talent in four exciting programs throughout the season: October, December, March, and May. The Hampton Roads Philharmonic aspires to build a community where classical music serves as an integral and thriving art form.  Our mission is to strive for artistic excellence, increase community awareness and participation in the performing arts, program a diverse selection of repertoire, and create a variety of educational opportunities and performing experiences.
