Jihyun Baik
Violin

Jihyun Baik earned a Master of Arts in Violin Performance from Korea National University of Arts, and a Master of Music in Violin Performance from The Juilliard School. She is currently enrolled at Manhattan School of Music where she is pursuing a Professional Performance Diploma in Pinchas Zukerman Performance Program with Pinchas Zukerman and Patinka Kopec.

Jihyun has earned numerous awards, including Chicago Violin Competition, Laureate (2022); Juilliard Concerto Competition, Finalist (2022); International Violin Competition of Indianapolis, Participant (2022);
Sendai International Music Competition (2022); Euroasia International Competition, 1st Prize (2020); and the International Violin Competition, Rodolfo Lipizer Prize (2017).

Jihyun has participated in numerous festivals, including the Heifetz Institute's Music Chamber Music Seminar, Aspen Music Festival and School, Pacific Music Festival, Classical Bridge Festival, Singapore Violin Festival, Ishikawa Music Academy, Pyeongchang Great Mountain Music Festival. In addition to performing, she serves as a Teaching Artist at the  Harmony Program and Musart Music in New York City.
