Robert Lomax

Robert Lomax was born and raised in Erie, Pennsylvania. At the early age of five, Robert sang around the house, listening to the radio every Sunday morning, while his family prepared for church. Gospel music was the first program he listened to, which was always followed by uplifting Classical music. He began to mimic these melodious voices. These were the tonal vibes, which inspired Robert Lomax to become a renowned Vocalist.

His performance credits include the Cincinnati Opera, Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, Cincinnati May Festival, Northern Kentucky Symphony and Erie Philharmonic. Lead roles include Fernando in Così fan tutte, Tamino in The Magic Flute, Rodolfo in La bohème, Lenski in Eugene Onegin and soloist with the Classical Roots Community Choir. Robert appeared with the CSO May Festival as soloist (“Preacher”) in Bernstein's Mass, May 19, 2018.

Mr. Lomax holds a BM degree from Mercyhurst College, and did post-graduate work at the University of Cincinnati’s College Conservatory of Music.
