Our programming focuses on music, art, and activism, and currently includes: a week long summer day camp, camper meet-ups and workshops, events featuring local performers, and community building with volunteers and families.
By providing workshops and technical training to girls and gender-expansive youth, we create leadership opportunities, cultivate a supportive community of peers and mentors, encourage social change, and foster the development of life skills.
We are a volunteer run organization that believes all campers should have access to programming regardless of cultural background, disability status, or sexual orientation. We work to ensure that anyone interested in attending will not be denied due to transportation or financial barriers.
We also foresee a musical and creative community in Cincinnati that is culturally diverse, welcoming, and centers voices historically less heard.
Punk / DIY ethos
Music is a vehicle for social change, and a tool for rebellion and resistance against systems of oppression.
Abundance Mentality
Everyone should have a chance to ROCK. We believe in building generational knowledge through mentorship and freely sharing ideas without incentives.
Equity and Community
We believe in building a just and cared for community by fostering friendships and artistic connections with a focus on equity, inclusion, and accessibility. We believe in dismantling barriers of oppression to creative opportunities and providing equitable opportunities for all - specifically for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ folks.
Empowerment
We believe that every camper is their own best advocate and we uplift their voices. We teach them communication, expression, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills. We foster growth through building a safe space for them to take risks, be wrong, and be brave in trying new things.
