Andrew Coffee

Andrew Coffee currently attends Oak Ridge Highschool and has been a member of the KSYO for 5 years. He has studied violin for 10 years, and his current violin instructor is Karen Kartal. Over his never-ending, drawn out, unprofessional career, he has also been a member of the ORHS Orchestra, a student at Tennessee’s Governors School for the Arts, a co-founder of the student created quartet “865 Strings”, and an attendee of the TNMEA All-East and All-State music conferences. This fall, he is leaving Knoxville behind for good and attending the University of South Carolina; majoring in marketing and international business. He is thankful to all of his fellow KSYO musicians and conductors for this tiring, thrilling, and unforgettable experience.
