Benjamin Rickert has played the violin for three and a half years.  He graduated high school early with the highest exam in late October.  He plans to enroll in college to get his EMS license, then a year or two later attend a fire academy.  Saving lives has been his dream since he was a kid.  He was able to study violin with Mary Pulgar and has had the privilege of being in the KSYO for two years. Benjamin is extremely grateful for all his friends, family, and orchestra staff for being super supportive throughout his orchestral journey.
