Davis Withrow is a senior at Bearden High School and has been playing the violin for seven years. This year is his second and last year with the KSYO. He began playing the violin in the 6th grade at West Valley Middle School under the guidance of Dan Thompson and Cynthia Wright. Outside of school, he has had the pleasure of attending the ETSBOA All-East twice and the Tennessee Governor’s School for the Arts.  In the fall, he will attend the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and major in Violin Performance. He would like to thank his family and friends for their support, Mrs. Jennifer Van Tol for her invaluable guidance, and Dr. Miroslav Hristov for his assistance so far. He would also like to thank his directors, Karen Russell, Dan Thompson, and Jacob Boyd, for their constant guidance and support.
