Nina Bei is a senior at Farragut High School and has been in the KSYO for three years as principal flute. She studied flute for eleven years and piano for thirteen years under Mrs. Sherbie Hampson and Dr. David Brunell. Additionally, Nina has also been a mentor at the Joy of Music School, where she has taught piano lessons to numerous students. In her free time, Nina enjoys building Legos and playing with her pet chinchilla. She plans to major in biomedical engineering and continue pursuing her musical studies in college. Nina is extremely grateful to her family and teachers for their support as well as the many experiences the KSYO has given her.
