Rowdy Hutchens is a senior at Carter High School and has played euphonium in the KSYWE for one year. He has studied euphonium for five years under Stephanie Hensley. Rowdy also participates in his school Symphonic Band and Brass Ensemble and in the TMEA All-East ensembles. In his free time, Rowdy enjoys reading, listening to music, and conducting. This fall, he will attend the University of Tennessee, Knoxville to pursue a degree in Music Education with a minor in Applied Music. Rowdy would like to thank his family and teachers for their support as well as the many experiences the KSYWE has given him.
