These works are part of two series that developed alongside one another during the COVID pandemic.

The figurative relief prints express feelings of stress and fear about being in public or around people. Being a parent was particularly difficult during this time and it was hard to walk the line between appropriate safety measures and being overly cautious.

The etchings were a safe withdrawal from the world.  We didn't go places. We lived outside in the garden- which was densely populated with rabbits. They are also a marker of the passage of time: one rabbit for each month.
