Sulaiman W. Rahman is the founder and chief executive officer of DiverseForce, a human capital solutions firm specializing in helping organizations recruit, retain, engage, and develop top diverse talent. DiverseForce has emerged as a leading player in the social impact sector, offering solutions such as non-profit board training and matching services through DiverseForce On Boards, in partnership with the University of Pennsylvania, and recruitment services through DiverseForce Executive Search. Rahman’s journey to success in talent solutions began in 2007 with the founding of Urban Philly Professional Network (now known as BBEx Network, powered by DiverseForce). This professional network has grown to become one of the Philadelphia area’s largest and most respected talent communities, boasting over 20,000 subscribers and representing talent pipelines from early career to C-suite.
Rahman’s community service includes serving as Chairman of the board of directors at Mastery Schools, the largest public charter network in the region with 24 primary and secondary schools (K-12) in Philadelphia and Camden.
