An award-winning marketing architect, philanthropist, and community builder. For more than 20 years, Rashaad Lambert
has aimed to level the playing field for black professionals and create more equitable pathways via his expertise in marketing,
diversity & inclusion, art strategy, and corporate consulting. In his former role as Senior Executive Vice President for Forbes, Lambert worked across the company to boost inclusivity, lead growth strategy, and develop initiatives injecting new life into the 100+ year-old brand. Lambert established For(bes) The Culture as the preeminent community for Black and Brown entrepreneurs.
In June of 2023, Lambert was honored by President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris with the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award for his tireless service to the philanthropic and business communities. Before his appointment, Lambert founded For(bes) The Culture, which helped current and future leaders of color connect, collaborate, and drive change within underrepresented communities. Since its inception in 2017, For(bes) The Culture has grown organically to welcome
thousands of members, dozens of community programs, awards, and accolades galore, and expanded its popular in-person #CultureTalks platform to Instagram where high-profile leaders across diverse industries and sectors are featured. Lambert, post tenure, transitioned the For(bes) The Culture community into his newest entity, The Black Excellence Society. The Black Excellence Society, the LVMH or Berkshire Hathaway of communities, is the most prominent Black & Brown talent incubation community in the world, containing a whopping 15,000+ members, countless partners, and, to date, equity stakes in several businesses under incubation and acceleration. In addition to serving as a Strategic Partner of Social Impact at TD Bank, Lambert founded Sporty Marketing Group, the world’s only Six Sigma marketing agency, and corporate consulting firm CultureMakers. Lambert was recognized as a 40 Under 40 award winner by Black Enterprise Magazine and Al Dia Media. In addition to being a 2016 Forbes 30 Under 30 nominee, Lambert received a Congressional Proclamation, U.S. Senate Resolution, and the ‘Entrepreneurial Excellence award from the Pennsylvania House Of Representatives. He was also selected to serve as a 2016 Democratic National Convention Delegate. In his beloved hometown of Philadelphia, PA, Lambert has served on several advisory boards for entities such as The Franklin Institute, The Academy of Natural Sciences, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Education Works, and the Bethesda Project.
