Noel Fendlason made his operatic debut in a Talladega Community Chorus production of Amahl and the Night Visitors in 1987 as King Kaspar. He made his Opera Birmingham debut as part of the chorus for Rigoletto, and he has sung the roles of the Villager in Pagliacci and Flora’s Servant in La Traviata.

In addition to opera, Fendlason has sung with the Talladega Community Theater and Voices of the South Barbershop Chorus. He is also a trombonist, having recently sung and played with a local group called The Groove. He is married with one daughter, three dogs, and two cats, and his day job is as a Claims Specialist with the Social Security Administration.
