Tim King returns to sing with Orchestra Kentucky after many appearances over the years.  A Kentucky native, Tim is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University and the University of Louisville.  His singing career has included over 170 solo appearances with orchestras from the Buffalo, NY Philharmonic to the Santa Barbara, CA Symphony.  Tim’s “other life” is that of an Arts Administrator with positions such as Executive Director of The Louisville Orchestra, Vice-President of the Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts and Director of Performing Arts with the Jefferson County Public School System.  After administratively retiring to NW Indiana, retirement did not last long for Tim as he is now the Executive Director of the La Porte County Symphony Orchestra.

Tim’s daughter, Sara, joins him in concert with Orchestra Kentucky.  Having sung countless times together since Sara was in Middle School, they have been fortunate to sing for events over the years from weddings to symphony orchestras.
