Zach Fortune
LeFou

Zach will be a senior at Western Kentucky University and is super excited to be a part of this production. This is his second production of Disney's Beauty and the Beast, but his first as Lefou. He most recently was in Menagerie at WKU, which featured several operatic and musical selections. Zach has graced the stage in roles such as Danny Zuko in Grease, Lumiere in Disney's Beauty and the Beast, Pinocchio in Shrek: The Musical, and premiered the role of Nathaniel Grigsby in the first production of Here I Grew Up, a story of Abraham Lincoln. Zach has enjoyed getting to work with everyone on this production and is thankful for how much he was able to grow as an actor. One thing he wishes to leave with you is that if someone tells you to try something a different way, it doesn't mean that you're doing it wrong, they're pushing you to be the best that you can be and all you can do is try. No one is perfect, but you can always push yourself to be better than you were the day before.
