Dave Kiser is thrilled to make his Glow debut! Originally from Chicago IL, Dave has been teaching and playing music for over 25 years. He relocated to the upstate 5 years ago and currently resides in Greenville, SC. In addition to performing and tutoring around town, Dave is proud to serve his community as a public school teacher at GREEN Charter. Dave attended Elmhurst University (IL) and attained his bachelor’s degree in music education. After completion, he attended DePaul University in Chicago where he attained his master’s degree in jazz pedagogy. Dave totes an impressive teaching and performing resume, including performing with the likes of The Four Tops, Mary Wilson, and NEA Jazz Masters Dee Dee Bridgewater, Benny Golson, Jimmy Heath, Bill Holman, and Phil Woods. In 2013, Dave recorded with Jazz Master Phil Woods on an album entitled Right to Swing and has toured with acclaimed jazz drummer Jeff Hamilton.
