Greg Burton has had the privilege of conducting, performing, and teaching music professionally for more than four decades. If the pandemic has taught us nothing else, it is the fragility of human endeavour, specifically, the performing arts. So Greg is thrilled to be back on the NSYO podium for this very special, world premiere performance of L. Christopher Palmer’s brilliant score, inspired by the art and work of Holly Carr. The NSYO has always been close to Greg’s heart, from his first performance with them in 1977 to tonight’s performance.
