Hannah Burnett

Hannah Burnett is a rising senior at Elon University pursuing a BFA in Dance Performance & Choreography with a minor in Photography. While growing up in Massachusetts, she found her passion for dance at the young age of three and has continued to train and learn various dance styles since. Hannah has also participated in many dance teaching opportunities throughout school and is entering her third year of teaching tap dance at a local studio near her university. Additionally, she has participated in a work-study for Urbanity Dance in Boston and performed with Boston Community Dance Project. Her time at Elon has included many performances in student and faculty pieces as well as working with guest choreographers such as Ashley Lindsey and Courtney Liu. In conjunction with her classes, this has pushed her to further explore movement and artistic expression within dance. Hannah is incredibly grateful to have studied abroad in Florence, Italy, attending classes taught by Marga Nativo and performing choreography by Angelo Egarese this past semester. This is her first time attending the American Dance Festival, and she is very thankful to be a part of Footprints.
