Yi-Chen Juan graduated from the Tainan University of Technology with a bachelor's degree in Dance. She met Chang and learned dance from him in her childhood. She joined Resident Island Dance Theatre in 2012 and became a full-time dancer in the company in 2018, participating in Fishbowl, Glass House, Lost in Grey, Factory, Collapsed, No Fixed, Ice Age, and Legend of the Island. She is also a core figure in the development and creation of RIDT’s inclusive dance program. Yi Chen visited Unlimited Festival with the dance company in 2018 and participated in master classes and workshops of Stopgap, Candoco, and Adam Benjamin in 2019. She is also a lecturer and teaching assistant for the inclusive art program.
