Mikaela Brandon (she/we) is a freelance, multi-passionate performing artist based in New York. She graduated magna cum laude from the Ailey/Fordham BFA Program and completed the Hubbard Street Professional Training Program. She has worked closely with choreographers such as Hélène Simoneau, Yusha-Marie Sorzano, Stefanie Batten-Bland, Khensani Mathebula, Jennifer Archibald, and more. She has worked as an educator at the Dance Theatre of Harlem School and served as Associate Artistic Director with Mckoy Dance Project || MDP. Brandon has also worked as an actor (SAG-AFTRA) for over a decade in TV, film, commercials, music videos, and industrial projects. Currently, she is exploring her own unique voice through improvisational movement, poetry, and singing and is on her way to becoming a 500Hr RYT.
