Jesse Zhang began her dance journey at Dean/Black School of Performing Arts Inc. in Midland, MI. Throughout high school, she trained at Central Indiana Academy of Dance in Carmel, IN. She is an upcoming senior dance performance and choreography major at the University of South Carolina. Jesse has done intensives at Sacramento Ballet, Colorado Conservatory of Dance Movement Lab, Dance Kaleidoscope, American Dance Festival, Limón Dance Company, and Bill T. Jones/Arnie Zane Company. She has had the opportunity to perform works by André Megerdichian, Olivia Waldrop, Caroline Fermin, and Bill T. Jones (Story/Time: Revisited set by Shane Larson and Jacoby Pruitt).
