Sanaa Fairley is a rising junior in pursuit of her BFA at George Mason University’s School of Dance; she also plans to minor in Psychology. Sanaa is passionate about serving in leadership positions like having represented her class as an Executive Board member. She has trained at the Dallas Ballet Center, Dallas Black Dance Academy, and Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts. She has had the privilege of attending summer intensives at American Ballet Theatre and Alonzo King LINES Ballet and participating in conferences like the International Association of Blacks in Dance. Since at George Mason, Sanaa has had the opportunity to perform works choreographed by Robert Battle, Rena Butler, Martha Graham, and Susan Shields, as well as student choreographers.
