Phoebe Harrison is a rising sophomore at Goucher College pursuing a BA in dance. Originally from Santa Fe, NM, she began dancing at the age of 9 at the National Dance Institute before moving to Portland, OR, and continuing her training at local studios. She has performed works by Iyun Harrison, Gabrielle Lamb, Amy Gunter, and Mustapha Braimah, among others, and attended summer programs at BODYTRAFFIC, Salt Contemporary Dance, and Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet. Phoebe was awarded the 2024-25 Dance Gala Scholarship at Goucher College. In addition to performing, she has created several works and hopes to continue choreographing in the future. She is also interested in studying the body and its mechanics and pursuing work in the field of dance medicine.
