Mihail Jojatu

Romanian cellist Mihail Jojatu, who has played for the Boston Symphony Orchestra for more than two decades, has won Boston University's Concerto, First Prize in the Aria Concerto Competition at Boston Conservatory and the Carl Zeise Memorial Prize in his second year as a Tanglewood Fellow. Along with three of his colleagues from the BSO cello section, Jojatu is a founding member of the acclaimed Boston Cello Quartet.
