ELEVATOR Located to the right as you enter the Main Lobby, the elevator runs from the basement to the third-floor Reception Hall.

STAIRS Staircases leading to all levels are located on the East and West sides of the Performance Center.

RECEPTION HALL Situated on the third floor, the Reception Hall is accessible by elevator and the stairs located on the West and East sides of the Performance Center.

DRINKING FOUNTAINS Located in the basement level and the Reception Hall.

INTERMISSION REFRESHMENTS: During intermission, refreshments (wine, beer, non- alcoholic beverages, and food) are available in the third-floor Reception Hall.

HANDICAP ACCESSIBILITY The Shalin Liu Performance Center is wheelchair and handicap accessible. Wheelchair seating is available in both the Orchestra and Balcony levels. For more information or to reserve seating, please call the Box Office. The elevator accesses all floors and the restrooms.

ASSISTIVE LISTENING DEVICES  Available in the main lobby at the ticket desk. Please provide copy of valid ID, which will be given back upon return of the device.

LOST AND FOUND If you lose an item, please see an usher at the Performance Center or call 978.546.7391. Items will be held for no more than 30 days.

PURCHASING TICKETS Tickets may be purchased at the Rockport Music Box Office at 16 Main Street, across the street from the Shalin Liu Performance Center. One hour prior to performances, the Box Office is open in the main lobby. You also may order by phone or online anytime. 

TICKET EXCHANGES Tickets  may be exchanged up to 72 hours in advance for another concert of equal or lesser value pending availability. Tickets for sold out concerts may be donated for resale as a charitable contribution to Rockport Music (contingent upon our ability to resell your tickets). Contact the Box Office for details. 

PARKING In addition to street parking, free parking is available at 16 Main Street for most concerts. Paid parking may be found at The Cove on Beach Street — a brief 5 minute walk to the Performance Center. Availability is dependent on performance date. Please check our web site for updated information.
