Master McGrath was a very famous racing greyhound in Ireland, he was born in Colligan a small townsland outside the town of Dungarvan, County Waterford. He is famed for winning the Waterloo Cup which was a huge dog race in England, he went on to win this race on three seperate years-1868, 1869 & 1871 making him one of the most celebrated and successful dogs of the time.
