Chauncey Jenkins, professionally known as Chance Fischer, is a true renaissance man. He has built a name for himself in various areas of expertise that all share the common root of human connection: hip-hop, spoken word, food, wine and hospitality management. A product of the Cornell Nolan School of Hotel Administration, he has led luxury gathering spots, contemporary social clubs and disruptive restaurant concepts at venues such as The Jefferson Hotel and Common House. He serves as a founding member and Director of Beverage and Hospitality for the pop-up dining experience company, Secret Supper Society. Notably, Chauncey has received the Elby Award for Hospitality MVP and was selected as Style Weekly’s 40 Under 40. His thoughts have been featured in publications such as Food & Wine, Essence Magazine, Du Jour and Richmond Magazine. When Chauncey isn’t pouring champagne, he’s performing under his alias Chance Fischer. His music has been featured in publications such as RESPECT Magazine, Pigeons & Planes, RVAMag and more. He has collaborated with Richmond, Va. veterans DJ Harrison, No BS Brass Band, Nickelus F, Michael Millions, Radio B, Noah O and the late great Kleph Dollaz
