Harmony Zhang (she/her/hers) (Bao) is an Asian American actress originally hailing from Tucson, Arizona. She now calls Chicago home, and recently earned her MFA in Acting from The Theatre School at DePaul University, where she appeared in Mr. Burns: A Post-Electric Play (Maria/Lisa Simpson), The House of Bernarda Alba (Angustias), The Cat in the Hat (The Fish), and The Wong Kids in the Secret of the Space Chupacabra Go! (Violet). Her regional theatre credits include: the world premiere of Hershel and The Hanukkah Goblins (Strawdog Theatre Company), Kentucky (The Gift Theatre), and Tiger Style! (Writer’s Theatre). Her on-camera credits include The Red Line (CBS) and BJ’s Mobile Gift Shop (dir. Jason Park). EDUCATION: The Theatre School at DePaul University—MFA in Acting; Duke University—BA in Psychology, BA in Theater Studies, Certificate in Policy, Journalism and Media Studies; Stella Adler Studio of Acting in New York City—Summer Intensive; Shanghai Theatre Academy—Winter Institute.
