2023/2024 Music Patrons
Did you know that every piece of music the South Dakota Symphony Orchestra plays is either rented or purchased? Music Patrons play their part by providing funding for specific pieces of music. These music purchases provide meaningful gifts for all music lovers. Our Music Patrons find that their contributions heighten the enjoyment of the concert that features “their” piece.
Thank you to those who contributed to the Chris Hill Concerto Fund!
These generous gifts will help offset the commission costs for the Concerto No. 2 for Clarinet and Orchestra (World Premiere) by David Dorff . Chris has been an invaluable asset to the SDSO over the past 37 years – thank you for helping us honor him in this special way.
