Nicki Inman is a fundraiser and marketer with twenty years of experience in the performing arts industry, most recently serving as Senior Director of Patron Development & Engagement at the Detroit Symphony Orchestra (DSO). A direct response expert, she combines marketing and relationship management strategies to prioritize, build, and grow donor loyalty, resulting in revenue growth. Nicki blends strategic thinking and an analytical approach to understand the deeper reasoning behind any given result, allowing her to successfully coach organizations forward by finding and creating the right connections.

While at the DSO, Nicki was responsible for broad-based fundraising, ticket sales, and earned income with annual revenue goals of approximately $9M. She and her team grew annual giving, doubling the organization’s donor base in six years. Prior to joining the DSO, Nicki served in leadership roles at Memphis Symphony Orchestra and Syracuse Symphony Orchestra, where she oversaw increases in individual giving/subscription sales/patron retention.
