Ishmeal Parsons, tenor, from Western North Carolina, is a Master of Music candidate for both vocal pedagogy and choral conducting at Shenandoah University. Parsons is an award-winning classical art song, oratorio, musical theatre, African American spirituals and choral performer. He is a dedicated, choral scholar, conductor, and voice teacher based in Winchester, Virginia. You can catch him cooking, reading or shopping in his free time!
