Paige DeFrees, an eighteen-year-old native from Southeastern Pennsylvania, began dancing at the age of three. Her training took place at Delaware Arts Conservatory in Bear, Delaware, where she trained in all styles of dance. Over the years she has attended numerous summer intensives such as Pennsylvania Ballet, Boston Ballet, UNCSA, University of South Carolina and more. This summer for her second consecutive year, she worked on Kinetic Canvas: Andy Warhol, produced by Lauren Carnesi Daniels, a show which portrays the life of an individual artist. She is currently continuing her studies at Shenandoah University, to double major in Exercise Science (Bachelor of Science) and Dance (Bachelor of Fine Arts), training under Daniel Padierna, Maurice Fraga, Erica Helm and Lindsay Browning. She is happy to be cast in Hydrogen Jukebox and looks forward to her first college performance.
