Juliet Reid (scenic designer) is from a small town in Warren County, New Jersey, and is a senior theatre design and production major with an emphasis in scenic design. This is her second design credit at Shenandoah University and her final capstone project. Last semester she was the scenic and properties designer for 12 Angry Jurors. Her previous credits include assistant scenic designer of Bright Star and The New World of Opera; assistant lighting designer for The Last Five Years; lighting manager for Shenandoah Summer Music Theatre’s production of Grease; production electrician for A Dream Play, Heathers, An Evening with Rodgers & Hammerstein, Songs for a Better World and Blithe Spirit. Juliet is also the president of Shenandoah’s USITT student chapter and recently lead the trip to St. Louis, Missouri, for this year's conference. She will graduate in May and is overjoyed to end her year with an amazing production team. She would like to thank Bill Pierson for the wonderful guidance and mentorship throughout her years at Shenandoah, she hopes he enjoys his well-deserved retirement and is honored to be the last student he mentors.
