Jonathan Margrave is a junior voice performance major from Fredericksburg, Virginia. He is in the studio of Dr. Melissa Jean Chávez and has been studying classical music for ten years. Jonathan is an active collaborative artist in Winchester and surrounding areas singing as the bass section leader for the Arts Chorale of Winchester and serving as the church music intern and section leader/soloist for the Chancel Choir of Trinity Episcopal Church, Upperville. Along with preparing briskly for this recital he is currently prepping for a performance of Mozart’s Coronation Mass in Salzburg, Austria, this summer with the Arts Chorale.

He gives thanks to his friends at Shenandoah University and home for their support and encouragement, and most importantly much love to his parents, family, and Sofia, for their lifelong support of his musical career.
