I often struggle to find music written for “multiple percussion” that really speaks to me. This piece offers a different perspective on the medium; a more intimate and delicate series of sounds, manipulated by a steady pulse. I find that I am drawn to the stripped-down setting, and almost magical sounds that are produced in this work.
