Brooke Frampton
Ensemble

Brooke Frampton is a soprano who was born and raised in Rockville, Maryland. She is currently attending Shenandoah Conservatory in Winchester, Virginia, for her Bachelor of Music degree and is studying with Dr. Byron Jones. While growing up, she was in many musical theatre productions in grade school. During her time at Richard Montgomery High School, she played Ruth in Coward’s Blithe Spirit, Mother Abbess in Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Sound of Music, and Dowager Empress in Ahrens and Flaherty’s Anastasia. She also appeared as a court of the in-between assistant in Caged Birds at Shenandoah Conservatory. Brooke received a superior rating for a solo submission at the MMEA Solo & Ensemble Festival in the fall of 2021 and was given an honors rating in First Year Classical Voice at Virginia NATS in the spring of 2024. This summer, she will be attending her first ever young artist program, Bel Canto in Tuscany. Brooke grew up surrounded by music, playing both piano and clarinet in her youth. Music is her passion and she is so grateful to be able to pursue music as a career and gain a higher musical education at Shenandoah.
