PHILIP HAYS is an actor and director based in Houston, Texas. He has adapted Ubu Roi, The Birds, The Government Inspector for the Classical Theatre Company, and he co-developed the monodrama The Whale; or, Moby-Dick with Horse Head Theatre Co.
