Jay Rosen is a music maker and audio engineer from Philadelphia who plays keyboards, guitars, pedal steel, and other instruments. He honed his craft as an audio engineer at Ithaca College before becoming a musician for theater and other media in New York, Philadelphia, and elsewhere. He is now finally completing a bachelor’s degree in media studies and production at Temple University, much to his mother’s delight. Please forgive him if he cannot stop talking about the 76ers’ ideal starting five or the roles needed to allow Arsenal to play a three-man midfield. Selected highlights: Matilda, associate music director (Walnut Street Theatre); Postmodern Jukebox, piano (US tour); Bite-Size Broadway, mixing and mastering engineer (2021 Webby Award Honoree, arts & culture podcast). On record: Rachel Andie and the V Element (Tu Me Manques), Emily Drinker (Run the Race EP, "Enough is Enough,” “On the Hunt”). jrosen476.com
