Cameron Howard is in his final semester at the University of Kentucky where he studies with Dr. Dennis Bender. While at UK, he has sung the roles of Ezekiel Cheever in the virtual production of Ward’s The Crucible, Second Servant in Mozart’s The Magic Flute, and Sandmann from Humperdinck’s Hänsel und Gretel and Arturo from Donizetti’s Lucia di Lammermoor in the Stars of Tomorrow Opera Gala. Most recently, he sang the role of Le petit vieillard in Ravel’s L’enfant et les sortilèges with the Chautauqua Opera Conservatory. He is a proud alumnus of the Kentucky Governor’s School for the Arts Vocal Music Division, which he credits for his pursuit of music.
