Mezzo-soprano, Kaylee Piatt, is a second year D.M.A student at University of Kentucky studying with Dr. Everett McCorvey. She is the voice teacher at Paul Laurence Dunbar High School. Recently she has performed the roles of Isabella (L’Italiana in Algeri) and Madame Flora (The Medium). Kaylee was awarded 2nd place in Kentucky’s National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS) competition in 2022. She was a conservatory artist at Bay View Music Festival performing in La Traviata (Flora) and Festival of International Opera in La Cenerentola (Tisbe).
