Edward J. Esber (Writer) Edward Esber is elated to be a finalist for 8x10: The Eileen Moushey TheatreFest. He is a recently retired gastroenterologist, having practiced for 30 years in Akron. This is his second play. He wrote Professional Courtesy, a full-length play, 10 years ago, which was used as a teaching tool in a medical humanities class at Hiram College. Future projects include a memoir and a medical thriller novel. Thanks to the incredible cast, crew, and directors for bringing his vision to life. Ed would like to thank his family and wife, Mary Jane, for their enthusiastic support of his creative endeavors.
