MAN OF MADISON AVENUE

Jake Lewis (Playwright) is the founder of Jakespeare Theatre Company, as well as an actor, writer, and director. He's a middle school English teacher for his day job, and dad to twins, Asher and Myka. He could not do any of this without their support, and his amazing Amy, his wife.

Alex Irwin (Ryan) is trained in the Meisner technique through the Houde School of Acting in Cleveland, where he has been a student for two years. Alex is primarily a film actor and is represented by The Talent Group and PCG Talent Agency. His recent film projects include supporting roles in Someday and All Frat Remains

Laura Niehaus (Monica) is elated to be returning to theater after the two-year- long COVID intermission.  She was last seen onstage as the cook in Clue and Georgia in Best Laid Plans in last season’s 8x10: The Eileen Moushey TheatreFest, and Mary in Weathervane’s production of Alias Grace. You may have also seen her in Weathervane's The Who’s Tommy, the 2019 8x10 TheatreFest, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Bye Bye Birdie, It Shoulda Been You, and many more. Laura also enjoys spending her time with the design teams — making props, painting murals, and doing whatever odd tasks they find for her. Outside of theater, she works as a housing advocate for Equitas Health.

Alan Klesh (Sir Delbert) is happy to once again be on the boards at Weathervane Playhouse. A retired educator and 50-year veteran of the performing arts, Al has sung and danced for numerous theaters/clubs/restaurants as a solo artist, ensemble member, and as part of his former cabaret-style musical revue troupe, Two Plus One. Favorite roles include Fran Charnas’s The All Night Strut, The Roar of the Greasepaint — The Smell of the Crowd and Young Frankenstein. As a community volunteer, Al can be heard on Goodwill’s weekly broadcast for the blind and working for the St. Bernard’s hunger program. On select cable stations look for him on The Weirdness Really Bad Movie Program. Al thanks his friends, family and Terry for their ongoing support.
