Ava Marie Lee
Matilda

Ava Marie Lee (10 years old), is so thankful and excited to have been given the opportunity to play the role of Matilda in Matilda the Musical! This will be her fifth performance in a Weathervane Playhouse production! A few of Ava’s favorite performance experiences include Amanda Thripp in Rubber City Theatre's production of Matilda, an altar boy in Weathervane's Sister Act, Charlie the foreman elf in Elf: The Musical (Weathervane Playhouse), a Newsie in Disney's Newsies (Weathervane Playhouse), singing in the children’s choir in Joseph the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Weathervane Playhouse), playing the role of Baby Kanga in Suessical Jr., the Bird Woman in Mary Poppins Jr. (Redeemer Christian School), and the role of Kate in Annie Kids at (Rubber City Theatre). Ava especially loves singing and dancing for Heid’s School of Musical Arts in The New Generation Show Choir. Ava is so excited to share the stage with an incredibly talented cast and show the audience that "Even if you are little, you can do a lot!"
