Eve Monsees has been a fixture on the Austin music scene for over two decades. Along with fellow guitarist and neighbor Gary Clark Jr, the two cut their teeth playing Blues together throughout
their teenage years. Eve appeared with Gary at a 2016 Austin City Limits Hall of Fame taping sharing the stage with legends such as Willie Nelson, Bonnie Raitt, Taj Mahal and
Billy Gibbons.

Eve has consistently been nominated as a finalist for Best Guitar Player in the annual Austin Music Awards. Music has taken her all over the world from shows throughout the United States to festival appearances in Europe. She performs regularly with The Bluebonnets, LeRoi Brothers, TG BAD and Eve & The Exiles. She is often called upon to fill in for various band members and to back up traveling musicians. One such call came in 2008 from Bluebonnets bandmate Kathy Valentine when the Go-Go’s needed a guitar player for the last portion of a tour earning Eve the honor of playing several shows with the iconic band.

Recent months have found Eve in the studio working on various projects including new recordings with Omar & The Howlers. Along with husband and musical partner, drummer Mike Buck, the two co-own Antone’s
Record Shop.
