Sergio hails from Bogota, Colombia and is working towards an MA in Vocal Performance under Dr. Everett McCorvey. He has had extensive operatic experience in Bogota and Quito, Ecuador, performing in La Bohème, Madame Butterfly, La Traviata, Rigoletto, The Marriage of Fígaro, The Barber of Seville, La Rondine, Carmen, and The Magic Flute. He was a finalist in the Alltech Vocal Competition in 2021 and last fall was Sarastro in UKOT’s The Magic Flute.
